Subscribing to mailboxes in Thunderbird

Problem:
The client is using Thunderbird and is not able to see some folders, such as the
facstf-l, students, or some personal folders.

Solution:
Some mail clients display all folders, but by default Thunderbird only displays
subscribed folders. It may be that the client is not subscribed to the missing folders.

To subscribe, please follow these steps.

• Right click the Inbox and select Subscribe...
• Locate the missing folder. If necessary, click the plus to see sub-folders.
• Highlight the missing folder(s) and click the Subscribe button. A check mark will appear to the right of the folder.
• Click OK.
• In a few moments, the missing mailboxes should appear in your list of mailboxes. It may be necessary to click the plus symbol to the right of a mailbox to view all mailboxes.
