Working with Adobe Acrobat PDF files

The advantage of the Adobe Acrobat (r) format is that it will display and print just the way it was intended to. But, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat (r) Reader installed on your computer, you can get it from Adobe's web site.
Note: If you don't know if you have the reader, just try the steps below and see if you run into problems.

Once you have the Adobe Acrobat (r) Reader, you will be able to view and print PDF files. Just click on the link to the PDF file in your web browser. If the file displays in your browser, view it there or choose Print from the File menu.

If your browser asks whether you want to Open or Save the file, choose to Open it. You will be able to view or print the file from the Acrobat (r) Reader program once the file is displayed.

If you have trouble with these procedures or have other questions, contact IT Services for assistance.
