This form and the email address HelpDesk@uwrf.edu are directly linked to the IT Services task database. Sending a message describing your question or problem this way is the quickest, surest way to get our attention for most matters. However, if your situation is an emergency, or you would like assistance with a problem you are currently working on, call us at (715) 425-4357 (HELP).
HelpDesk assistance is only available for UW-River Falls faculty, staff, and students.
