Use this form to request guest accounts for individuals who should have a guest account for a semester or more with the university. This might be appropriate for individuals collaborating with the university, extension students or temporary or limited-term employees who will not show up in the online phonebook.
Important Note: Do not use this form to request an account if the person is a student or regular employee or who otherwise will be issued an Falcon account through regular methods. If in doubt, please contact CSS staff at IT Services by calling (715) 425-4357 or contact IT Services here.
Also, if you need to request guest accounts for a workshop or other short-term need, please use this form instead. Guest accounts can be requested only by UW-River Falls faculty and staff. Please complete and Send this form for each guest account required. Please allow at least one week for the creation of guest accounts.
You (the requester) will be notified when the account has been created. Once accounts have been created, guests may activate their account by using FAA
