Occasionally faculty or staff need to use the computer labs to present information or training to people who are not directly affiliated with the University. These users will not already have the Falcon account that is needed to login on the computers. Faculty and staff may use this form to request those temporary Falcon accounts. If your guest(s) simply need access to the FalconAir wireless network for Internet access, you can obtain the username and password in eSIS.
If the guests just need to use applications like word processing, Internet browsing, etc., we will create a single, generic account which they will all use.
If the guests will need a University email account, or will be editing web pages, they will need individual Falcon accounts. In this case, each guest will have their own username, password, and email address. This might be appropriate for guests who will need access for a week or more.
All users will be responsible for following the Falcon policies while they use the computer labs and their guest Falcon accounts. Please allow at least one week for the accounts to be created. We will notify you as soon as the accounts have been created, although they will not be active until the date you specify below.
Important note: If you need guest accounts for extension students, temporary employees, or others who will need an account for a whole semester or more, please use this form instead.
