IT Services has organized its workload and staff into an administrative group and five teams. Read

Administration
UW-River Falls Vice Chancellor Lisa Wheeler oversees the Information Technology Services Department. It is directed by Steve Reed, who is also the Chief Information Officer for our campus. The department Program Assistants are Marlene Foster and Kelley Cremin. See the administrative staff.

Teaching and Learning Technology
Most of the computer labs on campus are supported by the Teaching and Learning Technology team of Information Technology Services. Our mission is to provide software and hardware support for computer labs, technology enhanced classrooms, D2L, personal response devices, distance education courses, and other Teaching and Learning technologies. Customer Service
The Customer Service team supports University students, faculty and staff in the effective use of computing hardware, software, network and information services to achieve their academic and professional goals. See the Customer Service staff.

Application Management
The Application Management team of Information Technology Services is charged with the configuration, management, integration and modification of software used to support the daily operations of the University. See the Application Management staff.

Network Services
Network Services is the team within Information Technology Services that is responsible for the management of the campus network and the services and servers provided to utilize it. See the Network Services staff.
